Kenneth Ross George, a 1981 inductee into the El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in Fort Worth Texas.
Current El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame President Dr. Scott Stein said, “Kenneth George was known as an amazing football player an with an equally great educational career in El Paso and throughout Texas, and our condolences to his great family”
Mr. George as a lineman at Texas Western College, was names twice to All-Border Conference Team and played in three Sun Bowl football games.
He later earned his master’s degree before a legendary over 40-year educational career and is known to have a passion for the very best in education for all students.
The viewing will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Morison Funeral Home in Graham, Texas, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00 a.m.
