Happy New Year and we hope that everyone had a great holiday season and on behalf of our title sponsor the El Paso Sports Commission we look forward to seeing you soon on the dates listed below for our meetings for 2024.

Listed below is the El Paso Athletic Hall of Fame meeting dates scheduled for 6:00 p.m. at the El Paso Community College Administrative Center, 9050 Viscount Blvd. (Bldg.A)
- some meetings will be in the Auditorium to your right upon entering the facility as last year and some will be in the Boardroom straight ahead as you enter.)
Meetings this year will be in a hybrid format (either attend in person at EPCC or virtually in a zoom type format) Please visit our Hall website and social media pages for the meeting link, announcements, purchase of banquet tickets or Hall sponsorships throughout 2024.
Keep in mind you must attend at least three (3) meetings either in person or virtually to be eligible for this year’s voting meeting scheduled for April 3rd.

- (B) Tuesday April 2nd – Recap in first Meeting followed by Voting till 1:00 p.m. next day
- (B) Wednesday April 3rd – 2024 Hall of Fame Class Announced at 7:00 p.m. on website

- Tuesday, June 18 @ 9:00 a.m. – City Council (Class of 2024 )
- Saturday, June 22 @ 6:25 p.m. – El Paso Chihuahuas Baseball Game (Class of 2024)
- Monday, June 24 @ 9:30 a.m. – Commissioners Court (Class of 2024)
- Tuesday, June 25 @ 2:00 p.m. – Ray Sanchez High Student Athletes Honored
- @ 3:00 p.m. – Hall of Fame Class of 2024 News Conference
- Wednesday, June 26 @ 6:00 p.m. – Hall of Fame Banquet (Tickets $50 each) (best option is to purchase online at Hall website)
